I bought the Business plan.

UNLIMITED DISK SPACE, UNLIMITED DATA TRANSFER, 2 FREE DOMAINS, I CAN HOST UNLIMITED WEBSITES.

I just love them.

It's been a while since I'm using them and everything is great.

The support is awesome.

The website is working great. I had no problems at all.

Easy to use control panel.

I don't have to worry that I have to pay more if I get too many visits because the traffic is unlimited.

Bad customer services, Full of hidden fee

This company has the worst customer service, I had problem with them from day 1. I could not access my account, I called and the Rep. told me He would fix it, and should be ready about 1 hour, Three hours pass and still was not fix, when I called back another rep. told me no the last rep did not take care of it.
And that was not the only problem I had with them. If you look on their main page you can see that it says 12.95 a month, and even when you go to next page it says 12.95 a month, They did not clearly put the yearly fee on the page, so if you don't pay attention you will miss it. So I call them for a refund, The manager told me it would take up to 3 days for the refund, I told her I could wait for that long, after a long conversation she told me there is nothing she could do, so I said ok, process it. I waited three days nothing, 6 days pass and still did not get a refund. When I called them again a new rep. told me oh! Sorry the manager did not take care of it. It will take another three days.
Now you can see why this company has the worst customer service.
I will not do business with them anymore, nor will I recommend anyone to do business with them.

Worst Hosting Company on the Planet

I had been a customer of IX Web Hosting for over 4 years. I have watched their service and support deteriorate significantly especially the past year. My web sites were routinely down and IX Web Hosting missed their guaranteed up-time metrics nearly every month. When I complained they would credit my account for an additional month. Finally after my sites were down for 10 consecutive days I decided a change was in order. I moved my sites and canceled my IX Web Hosting account. Rather than getting the money back I was told I would get a fraction of the refund I was owed. The customer service and billing department argued that the credits I received for them missing their stated guarantee were basically worthless from a monetary standpoint and that they continued to incur charges. Not only did I have to endure countless outages and deal with incompetent technical support leading to additional downtime and outages but I would pay for this "privilege" receiving a minimum refund. I've opened a complaint with the Better Business Bureau about their business tactics and I recommend to everyone to say as far away from IX Web Hosting as possible. If you already have an account there I suggest getting out while you can before you find your sites and your money drained.
